Work biography

Dragan Derikrava was born on November 11, 1968. in Zrenjanin, where he finished primary and secondary school.

He enrolled at the Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad in 1988, and graduated in 1994.
The following year, he starts working at the OB Zrenjanin as a general practitioner in the admissions triage department.

Since 1996. began specialization in neurology at the Clinical Center in Novi Sad, which he completed in 2000. After that, he works as a specialist neurologist at the neurological department of the Zrenjanin Hospital.

In 2003, he graduated from the school of ultrasonographic examination (doppler) of extracranial blood vessels and transcranial doppler.

In addition to working in the hospital, he regularly attends numerous educational workshops, continuing educations and congresses in the field of neurology in the country and abroad.

Since 2010, he has been the head of the newly formed intensive care unit for stroke, and since February 2017, he has been appointed as the head of the department of neurology at OB Zrenjanin. At the same time, he works in the cabinet for ultrasonographic examination of blood vessels of the neck and transcranial doppler (Doppler cabinet).
